"Just Be Original Fine Arts Academy - where art and community flourish!"

Hello! I'm Jennifer Boyd, owner of Just Be Original Fine Arts Academy located inside of the Northtowne Mall. Opening JBO was a dream of mine that I just never imagined would come true!

I wanted to offer Defiance a fun and exciting place that they could come to to create all kinds of art. I also wanted to be an asset to the community by offering FUNdraising opportunities and working with special needs individuals. I've been able to make all of these things a reality. We offer classes toddler through adult. We offer team building as well as pARTies.

I've taught art camp at Kaitlyn's Cottage every summer as well as working with the Board of DD and PC Workshop. I have the greatest instructors that bring to the table so many different skills and talents. Many of them are Art Teachers in local schools.

We just really hope to continue to serve the community for many years to come! We can't thank the community enough for the last 10 years and their support throughout those years. It's been an absolute dream come true!
