Defiance, OH — Keller Development has officially begun construction on a new 190,000-square-foot packaging facility along U.S. 24 in Defiance, Ohio. The $7.1 million project is expected to create 35 new jobs and significantly boost the region’s industrial capacity.
Located on East Commerce Drive, the facility will serve as a major expansion of Keller’s packaging operations, offering advanced manufacturing space, streamlined logistics capabilities, and room for future growth. The site’s proximity to U.S. 24 provides strategic access to regional transportation routes, making it ideal for distribution and supply chain efficiency.

The new facility will house operations for Keller Packaging, which specializes in contract packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment services for national brands. The expansion will allow Keller to meet rising demand while reinforcing its commitment to the Defiance community.
Construction is already underway, with completion expected by the end of 2022. The project is part of a broader effort to attract and retain high-impact employers in Defiance County,
